1. Delivery Policy
Please ensure all delivery details (recipient’s name, address, and phone number) are accurate and complete during checkout. If the initial delivery attempt fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, a re-delivery fee may apply.
2. Product Variations
As flowers are seasonal, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. Replacements will be of equal or greater value while maintaining the arrangement’s style.
3. Order Modifications
Changes to your order must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not yet been processed, you will receive a full refund. Once the payment is successfully processed through Stripe and the order is fulfilled, refunds are no longer available.
5. Allergy Notice
Please inform us of any specific allergies or sensitivities when placing your order.
6. Payment Policy
Full payment is required to confirm your order.

- Credit/Debit Cards (MasterCard, VISA): Secure online transactions via Stripe.
- PromptPay: Secure transfers via the PromptPay system.
7. Custom Orders
For bespoke or large-scale arrangements, contact us via LINE and WhatsApp at least 7 days in advance.

In rare cases of severe weather or unexpected events, delivery may be delayed. We will notify you and arrange alternatives.
